Krisztina was born in Hungary and has spent a significant amount of time in the mountains and on the family’s hillside allotment as a child that contributed to her love of nature writing.
She relocated to London in 2012, starting life south of the river before moving further down to Surrey. This is where she has met her now partner which was the catalyst for the significant development in her writing practice in English.
Alongside nature writing, Krisztina writes poetry and regularly attends open poetry mic events. The overarching theme of her poems explore the complex feelings of nostalgia; the bittersweet lamentation and grief for the lost places of the past.
Krisztina works as an Technology Consultant in London and has a BSc degree in Economics from Hungary. She can utilise her writing skills at work when producing technical documentation, however, her artistic mind has a quenchless craving to chronicle the harmonic pulsation of nature and her passion to eternalise the romantic reminiscence of the past in poetry is what makes her creative juices flowing.
